We carefully package every order, but accidents can occasionally happen in transit. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us via Etsy messages within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage (including packaging), and we'll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP. For returns or exchanges on non-custom items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty.
